One happy hour while enjoying a tasty martini at Royale in Park Slope, Brooklyn - NYC, I spotted this ape-man or man-ape bottle topper. Is it a bigfoot? Is bigfoot a monkey? So much to ponder.

Science Daily is reporting that the Wildlife Conservation Society says that western lowland gorillas living in a large swamp in the Republic of Congo are becoming increasingly threatened by growing humans activity in the region.

These plush Kong dolls were being sold for $4 each at a bargain store near me in Brooklyn. They were so cheaply made I thought it was worth it only to take a couple of pictures.

Gorilla Goes Ape for Christmas

Here's King Kong and the Rockettes celebrating the opening of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular atop the Empire State Building on Tuesday (11.17.09). I hope he's been practicing his high kicks!
